For John, Children, and the family...
I found myself thinking of Julie this morning...as uncertain I felt about this...something in my heart told me to search her name. The last time I had the honor and pleasure of taking care of Julie...was when she was my Patient on my Unit at the hospital. I knew then...how very frail she was.
But I also knew Julie OUTSIDE of her being my Patient. Many years ago, I worked with her at BGHCC...for some time. (John, I spoke to you briefly at the hospital, regarding how we knew each other.)
Here...is where I learned of her goodness....her lovliness....her huge heart full of love, kindness, caring and gentleness. Because I am only now learning of her Homegoing...I am also finding out that Heaven has been celebrating her arrival for a while now! I know firsthand, that Julie...your Angel...Heaven's Angel...was so very respected and trusted by those...her Patients that she cared for...as well as her coworkers like myself.
That beaming, glimmering BEAUTIFUL smile...she never lost it. If you needed to see it...all you had to do was mention her "hubby", or her kids.
I miss you, Irish Rose...and I will never forget you.
May the family and loved ones be blessed with comfort, acceptance...and understanding.
Very sincerely,
Rebecca Fields, CNA
