Winstead, Nina Sheets, 94, of Callao, VA passed away on January 17th, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles J. and Nina L. Sheets, and her husband, Julian S. Winstead.
She is survived by her son Julian Winstead of Denver, CO; stepdaughter Dwight Stowe of Callao, with her children Ernest Stowe and Sherry Bolton, both of Woodbridge, VA, and their families; and two nieces, Tracy Makoutz of Finksburg, MD and Debbie McLean of Banner Elk, NC.
Nina was a talented musician and a dedicated member of Bethany Baptist Church in Callao, where she played piano and organ for several decades. Her faith, kindness, compassion, and integrity touched everyone who knew her.
Nina will be buried at Bethany Baptist Church, 16256 Richmond Road, Callao, VA on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016. Viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. The funeral and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. the same day, followed by a social hour at the church.
